VA benefits are available to qualified veterans, active duty and reserves. Your first step is to find out if you have VA benefits available to you. You can call the toll-free VA Education number: 1-888-442-4551 or visit the VA Education web site.
Approved applicants will received 60% on all fight training; this includes dual flights, solo flights, pre/post flight briefings and ground training contained within each VA approved flight training course.
You must have at least a Private Pilot certificate and a current second class medical prior to enrolling in your VA program. ATP students must have a current first class medical. For further information on VA training and VA Forms, contact John Frederick, VA Certifying Official at 753-4167 or 230-0777.
